Spatial Orientation and Management

Spatial structuring is the ability to locate oneself, orient, and organize within one’s environment. This structuring, along with the concept of space, is developed through perceptions and senses (visual, auditory, tactile, proprioceptive, or vestibular). These senses help children understand their bodies and the world around them. Some of your patients may have difficulties situating themselves, organizing in space, or understanding spatial concepts.

To assist them, several approaches are possible, such as engaging them in motor courses, playing games that help understand movements, and games that involve reproducing models. You will find everything you need in this selection.
